We have had an influx of Pepe/Gina emails this week, as she was "exposed" on the AOL Horse and Dog chat rooms she frequents. Thank you to readers for sending us the following information.

Gina is posting under new user names - Eventing4Fun and eventer723.

She has a Wii. No word on if this is the original Wii, or a new one:

She has dropped the claims that she has Cystic Fibrosis, but has told people that she is "on board with the DWT team", and we tipped her off about our investigation. Right. She also claimed that someone stole her pictures and videos. She doesn't know who we are, and thanks to all the information everyone has spread around, her actions haven't fallen to the wayside on her favorite forums.

She stands by her claims she has Asperger's on a handful of sites, but she fails to mention Munchausen by Internet anywhere.

Kelsey Smith
's site was up for about a day, but was taken down again, along with her Twitter account. We have received emails letting us know that she is NOT related to the children she watches, which concerns us. She has taken on some very dangerous story lines in emails about indeed being 32 years old, and her changing role as the caretaker of the children, which we're hoping she will quickly drop. If not, we will expose what we know, but for now, because of her age, we are going to give her an opportunity to toe the line and be responsible and truthful for who she is on her site.

Thank you for all the updates

Just wonder if Gina's friend Rachel is a real person, or imaginary like Blake was...

Is Kelsey Smith the same girl responsible for this website as well???

Haven't met many of Gina's friends. We have had a few emails, but none from a Rachel that we know of.

And so far, we don't think Kelsey is the same girl from the Stevens Quads blog. We'll look into it more though.

Yes, it was necessary to out the Pepe blog as a fake, as it was causing actual harm. But who CARES if someone is making up horse stories? As the moderator of the horse forum rightly reminded DWT & co, it is out-of-bounds and serves no purpose to bring up posters' private lives or off-site activity, whether real or supposed. It is becoming a sick obsession to follow this person around and try to get her excluded from EVERYTHING, acting as a "Scarlet Letter." There is no justification for that. If you believe "Gina" deserves to be cut off from Internet access, then go to court and do it legally.

Could be. There's a lot of people watching Gina, and emailing us links when she posts anywhere. We linked to that particular post because she made a reference to this site herself, and basically hinted the information wasn't true.

Chances are people are keeping an eye on her activity because there is evidence that she has done this repeatedly, going back almost a decade. And she has been exposed repeatedly in that time, but this hasn't stopped.

Since she's obviously still active online, what are the odds she won't try this again?

"An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the intention of provoking other users into an emotional response[1] or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion."
This seems to be a very good description of DWT & co's activity in trying to "out" Gina and get her shunned from all forums, whether or not there is any basis or interest in questioning the veracity of her claims. If Gina actually creates another scam, i.e. "tries it again," then by all means, reveal it. Let's have the maturity to differentiate that from horse stories. And to differentiate actual re-offending from the "odds she might do it again."
Otherwise, the moderator of the horse forum was quite right in dealing with DWT as a troll.

Interesting, april22. One could also say that a person who posts as vanessa66, then returns later in the day to post as april22 is also a troll.

Oh, it's "just to protect our families," don't you know.

Gina hurt many people. She had many people in the horse chat on AOL very concerned with her wellbeing. Many stayed up at night on the phone with her when "she was hurting and scared". Yes, she deserved to be outed. She is also still getting on the chipngracie or chipngrace.. cant remember which, s/n. I have a conversation she had with me if DWT is interested. Thanks
